Hi, i have a budget of around 6-7 Million and i want to do an investment for short to medium term ( 2-5 years).

What are the best options for me, can you please guide??

buy a plot in phase 8 in S,T or X blocks it will give you good return in 2-3 years time. DHA phase 7 is also good option in ur budget, R, T,U and W are good blocks of phase 7. Phase 9 files are another good option in ut budget. buy two files. i hope you will get good profit after 2 to three years. Bahria town Sec B and C are also good. you can get 1 kanal plot in both sectors.
LDA Eve1 is also fruitful investment. buy 1 kanal plot on main150 feet road.

Thanks for the advice, other members advice also welcome. Also when shoudl i buy as whats a good time for buying. Also any idea how much profit can be anticipated in next 3 years on this investment.
