Dear LRE team,
i have a 1k plot in DHA D91 phase 6. in the map,infront of it was community center which is now replaced by hospital,so is there any affect on the price of the plot and is it suitable to built.
i am greatfull to you if you mention the price too.

Although I am not from LRE team but according to my limited knowledge , your plot worth is 90 plus and it will touch 100 lakh till the end of this year .. Again this is my understanding and LRE Team has nothing affiliated with this assesment ...

Dear Arshid,
Mostly People avoid to buy plot in front of hospital because of continuous traffic flow and noise so therefore impact of facing hospital is negative and has affect on the price of your plot.
in current market D 91 has market of 75 to 76 Lacs.
