The cost of construction (till finishing) three floors (Ground+2) will be around 70 lacs on turn key basis. If you add basement, the cost may go upto 100 lacs. 4-6 lacs will be required for different fees by Behria. Another 200K will be requried for aditional electricty meters.
Tips are as follows
1-Decide what type of business you are targeting. i.e Halls, shops or appartments.
2-Decide about basement. It will increase the cost and damage the outlook of ground floor. But it will give you one more floor.
