I want to construct a 2 marla double story house in Lahore. Can any body please tell me the minimum budget should i have.

NOTE: I just want to construct a simple house not a luxury one.

2 marla is around 450-500 sq ft. At best, grey structure costs around per SF. 5 lakh max for grey structure (plaster all around + gate + grills+ water tank, all pipes) and abt half of that is rest (woodwork + everthing) so 2marlacost is pretty close.
