Dear Friends,
I am planning to start construction of my house. Contractor has given me an option of a cost plus type of contract in which he is proposing to charge 10% of cost as his charges. Since I am not aware of teh market, are these reasonalble and realistic rates considering taht contractor will not cheat and only claim what is due to him. Your valuable inputs are requested.

10% of the total cost is the standard supervision charges that every builder will quote you, don't worry he is not cheating you in terms of charges! |
