Hi Hussain. Can you tell us what happened then? We had not accepted RECHS refund offer.. There are cases going on now in the courts, but living abroad, I dont know what will happen to our one kanal RECHS plot. I would appreciate a reply soon.Aslam

To accept the refund of RS 16 Lacs was better option back in year 2007. Anyway, as of now your one kanal plot in Phase-8 BT Rwp allotted against your one kanal land of RECHS has market value approx Rs 12-14 Lacs. You should try to sell it off. Sooner is the better. I also passed through this stage and I had accepted the cash offer in stead of a plot. I wish you all the best. |
