Is there any monthly maintenance charges for houses in DHA, Wapda Town, Valencia Twon etc, as Bahria is having? If yes, how much for 10 M and 1 K? Requesting valueable inputs please.

Bahria is charging 500/month for 10 m plot and 2500/month for house of same size. Sukh Chayn is getting 1250 for 10m plot and 2250 after you build house. These charges are against security, water supply, garbage disposal and other facilty maintenance. No information about Wapda, DHA or ValenciaTown. |
