Dear all, please shed some light on the price and lifestyle of it.

I want to buy a plot and am confused whether to spend 8 million on 1 kanal in intellectuals village or get a kanal plot in phase 8 somewhere.

is there any other area which has a scenic view or a beautiful place to live in?

What about EMAAR in dha 1 or sector d or e as they also face soan river.

Please give detailed answer to choose the right place and help me make a rational decision..

-In 8 million you can find plot in Bahria-2 or nicely located plot in Bahroa-3, both are well populated.
Intellectual Village located at height but it is relative, no height feeling when houses will be constructed at front side and backside of your house. Some nice plots are front or back open but price is more than 10 million due to bigger size
- Emaar is a very secure, beautiful and nice place to live but electric load shedding is there, official kanal price is 6 million but all kanal plots have been sold some bigger plots are availble in 8 million range
-In low budget of 4 million Bahria-8 Sector D kanal plots are centrally located

so u r suggesting instead of intellectual village i shud go for phase old phases??

but my problem is i have only 4mn in hand and can pay rest in installments...

i was contemplating on

Intellectual village
Bahria Greens
or a scenic plot somewhere in phase 8?

for me the first and foremost preference is view... where can i get that :)

The best thing visit the area and buy what you like. Buy only on ground developed plot with possession,

very bad investment on intellectual village.

most of the area is artificially filled up, they are selling the bed of drying soan river.

even the hill is not solid, its all soft clay...

DON'T BUY IN INTELLECTUAL VILLAGE
