Back in 2007 Bahria Town offered 2 options to the land owners of RECHS.
1. Rs 16 lacs cash for one kanal.
2. One kanal plot in Phase-8 Rawalpindi against one kanal land in RECHS.
Those who opted for option No 2 are now in complicated situation as the agreement between RECHS and Bahria Town has been declared null and void by the court. I wonder what should be the status of the plots allotted in Phase-8 against the land of RECHS.
