I got the refund from Bahria Town against my one kanal RECHS plot after much hassle and I know the mental agony of this uncertainty practically which you might be undergoing. RAWALPINDI, June 21 The first shock for the real estate tycoon came when Justice Chaudhry Shahid Saeed of the LHC Rawalpindi bench declared the merger of 2,882 kanals land of Revenue Employees Cooperative Housing Society (RECHS) with Bahria Town (BT) illegal.
The court declared the February 17, 2005 agreement signed between RECHS and BT as null and void and directed anti-corruption establishment (ACE) to initiate action against those government officials involved in unlawful deal.

Thank you for the reply- it has been beneficial. Living abroad, I do keep up to date with news but it is apparently insufficient. Could you please tell us when you got the refund, and whether you contacted anyone in particular for the same? Would appreciate a reply. Thank you |
