I appreciate the efforts of LRE People they put to assist general public at this forum.
On July' 17 2012 you assessed the value of my Plot # 7-Y-1083 49 to 50 Lacs Appox whereas I have noticed that there is a plot on yr website location of which is near to 7-Y-1089 and asking price is 56 lacs. I am a bit confused as if my plot 1083 is assessed less or owner of plot near 1089 is demanding high. Kindly clarify for my knowledge sake.

Y 1089 has market value of 50 lacs approximately.The Y 1089 owner demanding too high.we can arrange plot around 51 to 52 lacs in your plot surroundings if you are interested.
