Bahria 1-6 prices have increased exponentially in last 2 months what is tge reason?
Are they real or inflated prices?
Is 1 kanal really worth up to 8 million?
What should be the price of a solid ground general plot in phases 3 or 4?
Is it a good time to buy there?
I have heard from many experienced persons that most of the area in these phases is filled up, although long time back in 90s
And when u go for construction, bahria requires u to build a concrete platform for almost all plots coz even the levelled plots are filled up.
Please share ur expert opinions on prices and quality of plots
