Dha valley a good investment or not? If it is good then which blocks are good for investment point of view. what about sunflower block ?

The complete DHA Valley is not a good investment even if you are buying for grand children. It objective of launching this scheme was looting and nothing else. DHA Valley is a far off in remote area from where you have to travel a lot for every thing like shopping schooling and office ect.

invest in lily and oleander only ,
Reason
although magnolia, bogenveilla and sunflower are also good ,
but construction of DHA homes in oleander and lily made these block the No 1 choice in DHA valley , definitely the rest of blocks are composed of plots but these two blocks consists of houses. rest u ppl are mature enough to draw a conclusion.

40 years ago when we constructed our home in G-9. Every relative and friend said you are gone in to a jungle with no facilities. So it is not true for DHA Valley. It is in a much populated area with DHA, Atomic and so many housing societies around. Rawat Industrial area and New Economic zone are at the cards. So do not get dishearted. Irt will turnout to be excellent place in next 10 years.

Most of the Blocks are going to be cancelled as they fall in the Dam area...
