Bahria town- another side of story,

Imagine MR is jailed and BT officiaaly is closed and thousands people are left high and dry... in waiting for possession and not built homes..Will it effect the existing properties in bahria positively or negatively.. I think such as marvellous development if closed will increase prices of held and habitated bahria town greatly

don't go by your desires, just wait and see and let the process run and take its shape.

Bahria is a great initiative and it will exist gracefully despite a few wrongs done around it.

Bahria Towns can be turned to a Cooperative as is tested for so many housing Societies successfuly. It can be merged with DHA or CDA etc. Orinary people should not be let to suffer.

@Khalid i don't think the prices will increase if bahria closes down because the main reason bahria is sucessful is beacuse of the service and maintaince! and if bahria goes down then the service will also go down... e.g. loadshedding, water , gas , security etc..

as for DHA and CDA taking over bahria! this is very difficulat as currently both DHA and CDA are in a MESS too both financial and managment mess!
