As an overseas Pakistani can I open company in Pakistan.

Any Pros and Cons, Will I invite any un wanted tax attention? Thanks

HI, Yes you can open a limited company even don't have Pakistani citizenship, for that you need to provide registered company address in Pakistan, if don't have one, solicitor or person getting registration can arrange one.
If company will earn, it will pay tax otherwsie no tax liability.

@ JJJ , can you please guide how much the charges to register a Multinational / International Company in Pakistan.

Shaid KSA, There is no registration like multinational/ International. If you company is registered in more than one Country, you can say it as multinational but registration process would be the same as any local company.

I am not aware of the current rates, but 8 yeas ago it costs around 25,000 in total to get registration including Lawyer's fee.
