Is it true that Prices are going Up by Eid between 5 to 10 lacs? Please advise as I am looking to buy a plot in Phase 8 S Block very soon.

If there is anyone in the world that is 100% sure where the price of anything is headed towards, he will be the richest person of the world.

Saif bhai, if you are happy with what you are buying for money, do the deal. Don't do it only because someone is telling you the future price today.

“S” block of Phase 8 has margin to increase value.
Plus it has opening close to Barki road as well, I think in long run this will be more valued location.
Saif sahaib goahead and buy ASAP.
