Does anyone knows the ACTUAL selling prices for 40 * 80 plot in D-12? Online people are asking from caror. I am interested in the actual selling prices and NOT asking prices. If anyone knows for sure, please post and advice how they got that number.

actual selling price is more or less same as mentioned by you as asking price. There can be small difference due to location of the plot. Usually the deal must be made with a margin of 2-3 percent of asking price. Internet and sites including lahorerealestate are really very helpful for buyers as these provide very realistic price. |

Thank you Arif bhai. These prices are ridiculous for an area that still to-date in unlivable. I don't even know how most folks, with honest living, can afford these. |

The reason for this price is that it is proper Islamabad Sector coming after 25 years. Secondly, it is next to Margalla hills. Thirdly, sectors F, E and D are most expensive areas in Islamabad. |

Islamabad Sector are generally have following perception series wise from where you can have an idea why one series is counted Superior and have difference in prices.
I series = Industrial sector + low cost for employees
H Series = Educational Institutes
G Series = General Public
F Series = First Class
E Series = For Executive
D Series = For Diplomatic
the above is sequence of lay out and based on the distance from Margala Hills, the closer you go to Margala more the price is. |
