It is really Good News Today released from DHAI with regards to DHA Homes price appreciation . The price of DHA HOMES is Rs.65 Lakhs officially. As per DHA Property Exchange Department there are huge number of Inquiries for Purchase of Homes. 273 Homes earlier cancelled due to non payment were re-booked by new customers Now. All the 2700 Homes are totally Booked as compared to 2300 Booked Last Month.
DHAI is expediteing the completion of remaining Homes . Hundreds of workers are working even During Ramadan. Facilities for the residences are all on speedy work. There is Good chances by End of 2012 the prices will shoot to 70 Lakhs or even above. And this property will definitely Bring the Valley plots prices also stable. It is confirmed by Brid. Tariq Ghoouz that now DHA Valley compromises on 4 Blocks Overseas Block,DHA Homes, Orleandor & Lily only.

How are you? What about other blocks of DHA-Valley? What about the money, we peoples, have paid in instalments? And if any "organization" can play with thousands of peoples and even is not ready to answer there questions about "money and plots", why are you just propogating about them in a wrong-attractive way? Ask your Brid. Tariq Ghoouz about future of our money/plots that we have paid? Or they have habit to eat "Haram"? |

This inquiry thing with Bahria Town and DHA is funny!
I have experience with BT Rawalpindi. We visited their office in phase-1, years ago, and a funny guy was sitting at the table. Believe me He humiliated us upon some fundamental questions about the plot prices? We still do not know why?In UAE, the same attitude with inquiry questions?
I do not have recent experience but whenever I sent mail to the DHA support they replied me. May be their best was not even good enough but there was a reply from them.
But I know that now if you visit DHA Phase-1 office they purposefully try to bring down the impression of DHAI, again I fail to understand why? Some says it is Malik Riaz sitting in the souls of DHAI employees? |

Please don't get confused from the post on this forum. Call DHAI youself and you will find that they refer all these news as baseless rumors. The DAM area is seperately mentioned in the project plan and not occupied by any block.
For Assam bhai, please note that there no block with name Overseas Block and DHA Homes. In fact Overseas block is composed of 1) Sunflower 2) Bogan Villa 3)Magnolia. DHA Homes are being built in blocks 1) Orliender 2) Lilly. Thus according to your own statement these become 5 blocks not 4.
I would strongly suggest that don't sale your plots in peanuts based on these baseless news, first get it confirmed from DHAI youself.

Bottom line is that people are not fools , there is a reason that Bahria phase 1 to 6 is almost full and people are coming every day to live there . There is a reason they are willing to pay around 2500Rs per month for service charge and a reason that Bahria has seen fewer robberies than DHA or for that matter any society in Islamabad area. |

Since I am a Journalist ; I give news & Opinion correctly as it is for the people. Personally i have no interest whatsoever.
All people having concerns should know that Dhadhocha Dam will be constructed on the vary site of proposed DHA Valley . Knowing the Hazards from Dam ; The environment department and the facilities of Dam will not allow any construction of Houses or occupation in the vicinity.
DHA Valley compromises on 4 Blocks ONLY 1.Overseas Block,2.DHA Homes, 3.Orleandor 4. Lily only. |

I have contacted DHAI , They told me same as What Mr.Assam stated. No construction & occupancy will be allowed for approximately 5 kilometers from all sides of DAM.
But there is Good news that all Blocks contained in Overseas Blocks will remain.Plus Lily ,Orleandar & Dha Homes (which are Built partially in Lily & Orleandar). |
