DHAI is surly on the rise now. Wait now for at least 9 months when some Homes are delivered to the owners. This delivery will give a boost to the whatever valley is left to develop for DHA.
There are news that DHA will announce a brand new thing on Fateh Jang road and phase-3 also is being worked out. Being Bahria as controversial, what else is left there for investment in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. CDA ? Out of reach?
New Bahria Homes are now being booked at Rs. 60 Lacsn and fully booked.

Dear, my property agent in Pakistan told me that DHAI is selling several units, the one which are dormant on installments, at 60 Lacs but on installments. I am trying to confirm the news from other sources but today offices are closed. I will post at soonest whenever it is confirmed. The support guy was not much helpful in this regard.

What about DHA-Valley? What about the money, we peoples, have paid in instalments? And if any "organization" can play with thousands of peoples and even is not ready to answer there questions about "money and plots", why are you just propogating about them in a wrong-attractive way? Why are you promoting "to eat Haram"? What is your advantage?
