AoA I am an overseas Pakistani. I have DHA Homes two homes one in my name other in my father's name. I have cleared all installments of DHA Homes ISlamabad so far. Does the price increase mean I have to pay additional price?
Also, I cannot confirm it from the web. Can someone please share a link showing this announcement. thanks

dear overseas if paid all installments you are the beneficiary of this price increase cheer up dha homes raised up to 23 lakhs / unit 8m.due to construction cost and development cost as they were booked 4 years back increase in construction cost has given you the benefit of minimum 20 lakhs /unit 8m imagine bahria is selling 6m unit in 65 lakhs on booking possession when no one knows , BT is manuplated by masterrrrrrrrrrrrr its sure that you got minimum 2million benefit in dha home 8m /unit |
