I need to issue Zakat on
DHA Valley Lily and Overseas Block -Bogevilla (Corner) plot.
Can anyone kindly share with me latest price upon which actual transaction occurred since Zakat to be paid on actual price.

why should you pay zakat if plot is not yet in your possession ? |

Walaikum Assalam,
Brother, I discussed this with my local scholar and he told me that if the plot is in your possession and that is for the purpose of sale to earn profit then you will have to pay Zakaat on plot's selling value. If the plot is not in your possession then you will pay Zakaat on installment amount you have paid so far.
