If you want to speculate and gain a few lacks in 6 months buy Phase 9 in alahore of DHA


Else, if purely for investment purposes conver these in dirhams and buy a small apartment in dubai you will get inflation and currancy headged income.

Currently the prices are slowly going up in GOOD areas.... Speculators have not entered the market as yet. Only END buyers are there, so price are slowly going up.

It is expected that it will go up once speculators jump in.

Even if it does not go up, you money will go up in Pakistani rupees due to exchange rate.

How do you get a property as a Paksitani, just look for free hold properties and it is as simiple as 1, 2, 3
