Dear Overseas, the price you paid for the dha homes in islamabad is the same. When it is said that DHA has increased the price of DHA homes it means that now any new dha homes sold by dha islamabad will be at a higher price not that you would have to pay more money just because DHA has increased the current price of dha homes.It is a simple understanding.
So DHA islamabad replied that you dont have to pay any money for the price hike. because you have baught the dha home 4 years back and the price 43 lacs was the price of that time when you bought the home.
if it is 65 lacs it is the price for now DHA home. and obviously with time the price will increase. if you purchase dha home from dha islamabad it may be more than 43 lacs.
