If your payments are up to date till Aug 31st, you could apply for possession for plots in phase-1 only. You have to apply in person, bring your id card and passport size pictures. For you to find out if your plot in phase-1 or not, please call Bahria directly.
I think phase-1 will get populated fast since Vertex is building 10 marla houses and then plot owners who look to start building will start construction. Good for BE plot holders because price could appreciate and it will be livable in next couple of years.
