Dear Mian Rashid sahib,
Are these all plots ready for possesion/construction?
If not, when will be the possession given in Phase 8?
I've noticed on LRE website, its hardly unlikely if the status of plots are mentioned for sale unless someone specifically ring you guys but you don't post it with the asking price.

None of DHA phase 8 proper plots have possession yet. Very small scale development work is ongoing in DHA8 W block only. UNTIL some serious development work is started in DHA 8 its not possible for us to give a completion time.

Dear CMY, can you please guide us as to why when no possession is available in phase 8 and none would be avialble before 3 years atleast, then how come the price of phase 8 is comparable to parkview, which has possession and supposedly better location. Is phase 8 overvalued or parkview undervalued. Thanks |

Let me make it real simple. In DHA 8 half plot holders are Gen Brig Col Maj that are also crore pati too. So DHA 8 owners feel proud and safe living next to them. On other hand in Pa4rkview most people paid just 2 to 5 lacs to get their plot at booking. Also Parkview had bad reputation in past for litigation and close to big villages.
