Hi Brother, now a days 4 marla commercial lies on phase 6 M.B(Main Boulevard) Ranges from 3 crore to 4 crore where as commercials situated on the back side of the main boulevard ranges from (1.45 crore to 2.00 crore)
secondly there are 4 type of commercial in phase 8 DHA Lahore
1 commercial Broadway in which 8 marla ranges from 2.25 crore to 4.50 crore
commercial Broadway in which 4 marla ranges from 1.50 crore to 1.75 crore
2.cca 1 and cca 2 8marla commercials (balloted plots) ranges from 3.25crore to 3.50 crore.
cca 1 and cca 2 4marla commercials (balloted plots) ranges from 1.65crore to 1.75 crore.
3. Ex-Air Avenue 4marla commercial ranges from 55 lac to 80 lac
Ex-Air Avenue 8marla commercial ranges from 1.10 lac to 1.75 crore
4. Ex park view 8marla commercial ranges from 2.00 lac to 2.50 crore

Hi,
I paid 2M PKR in August 2007 to DHA Lahore as 1st installment for a 8 Marla commercial plot on Phase-VIII Commercial Broadway. Within a few days, I realized the devaluation since DHA started allocating plots to “powers that be” hence the devaluation. I never collected membership form and requested DHA to cancel my plot reimburse my 2M PKR after deducting 20% penalty as per the rules and regulations. However, DHA categorically denied the cancellation and is still not willing to reimburse the amount.
I am in court over this case along with 16 other effected people having more than 24 commercial plots on Commercial Broadway.
Need advice from Gurus out here on the next step.
