I am interested in purchasing a plot in Phase 8 DHA. At this time it seems that Peninsula Commercial 100 SQ. Yards and Sahil residential 300 sq. yards are the same price.
There seems to be some speculation going on in Sahil but none in Peninsula. For a long term investment, which is a better buy?
