Would you please assess the value of DHA Lahore Phase 7, plot near 3071 and 3066?
Please also advise when the development will start in this part of Y-Block and any approximate idea possession date when construction could be started?
Anyone please share your knowledge about this if you have any? Is it good time to sell it or to hold it even if possession will be given in two years time.

Y 3071 or Y 3066 has market value of 50 lacs approximately.According to DHA, they start the development of this part soon.right now the machinery is busy in the upper part.you have to wait till 2014 ( Tentative) for house construction in newly balloted area.There is no doubt there will be appreciation in the when the possession will be there.
