And MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION:

Will there be a direct access of g-15 on Kashmir highway/motorway in future?

one more important thing construction is started in g-16 n they have to take access from Kashmir highway highway so it can easily be used by the residents of g-15 as both the sectors are interlinked....
there approval leter no. is uploaded on MICHS website

regarding infrastructure, I have heard from many people that its quality is poor and the society is not efficient at all. i think thats the only negative aspect comparing to proper CDA sectors or dha or bahria.

one last thing, is it a good time to buy or should wait until or after elections?

prices are on peak in g-15 , but prices will rise in future so i think its a good time to buy a plot on good location n leave it for 2-3 years for a better return..

yes infrastructure is not that much good but i know some of people living there n they say there is no problem with sewerage , gas , water , underground electric ,ptcl supply lines... streets need attention as they r damaged by the heavy construction work going in sector.

Location wise best sectors in Zone-II are G-15 & F-15.
G-15 is oldest and most populated sector of Zone-II.
Town planning is not good; Less space for Parks etc.
Development standard and maintenance of roads street lights etc is not good.

Development standard and town planning of B-17, E-16, E-17 , D-17 is better than G-15.
