Dear CMY
I have a budget of PKR 14 million right now and want to invest in an appropriate place in Pakistan. I am thinking about the following options:
1)buy DHA Lahore Phase 7 1 kanal plot in 5-6 million, buy DHA Lahore Phase 8 1 kanal plot 8 million
2)buy DHA Islamabad 1 kanal plot 6-7 million, buy DHA Lahore Phase 8 1 kanal plot 7-8 million
3) Invest in good commercial properties to get rental returns
What would you suggest? Any other advize will be welcome. I am not in Pakistan, so not clear what is exactly going on the market.
It is very hard to earn money but even harder to spend it wisely!!!

Its better to buy commercial only,
Bahria, DHA, are the best options for commercial towards get good return for life. |

DHA or Bahria or any other good rental property....will appreciate and will have rental income as well.... |

Option one is best.
Buy DHA 7 P block or DHA 8 S block plot. They are still under valued and will gain a lot in long run BECAUSE they are closer to highly respected Lahore School Of Economics ( LSE )
