Not anymore. They r on the ceiling already.
These periodic updates have been coming for a while. Thats y the price difference in G14/4 n undeveloped sectors is nearly 30% only.
And the development will not be completed before 5 yrs anyway, let alone living which is not started even in the prime sector of D-12 yet |
