I am looking to buy around 2 to 3 Kanal of land for investment purpose in Khacha / Ruhi nala area of lahore. I am thinking to buy plot maximum distance of 1 Km from Ferozpur road on main ruhi nala road facing ruhi nala. I have two questions for my brothers
1. Any can one please advice me what will be approx rate in this area. How much per marla or kanal.
2. Will it be a good investment ? because new fruits and vegetable markets which is under construciton is also located there, around 2 Km from ferozpur road. I belive once new Mandi is open, price will increase.
I Do not wish to buy land in any housing society. Because i want to use this land for any industiral purpose also (small factory or godam)
