My budget is 55 Lakh, i want to buy a 10 marla constructed house in lahore, please any body can guaid me with this budget where i can buy double story house or i buy a plot and construct it.

Minimum construction cost for 10 M house is 45 lac add plot cost and set your budget. You may go for single storey in this amount.
I saw an add for a grey structure available in Sukh Chayn Garden @ 42 lac odd. If you spend 10 lac on finishing it will be nice option, check if it works in your case. |
