Can friends in UAE guide me as to how to be able to buy and rent out a studio apartment in Dubai. Is it possible as I am in KSA. Is it manageable from here and is it reasonably profitable? Which areas yield good rents and increase in capital with time? My budget is AED.400,000/- only. Thanks in Advance.
