You are right Javid sab. Personally I like the location of this sector more than D-12. A perfect square, with a balanced division of small to large plots and on top of everything, it has no high rise buildings. It has only few pockets of litigation and can be developed in few months if CDA honestly willing. Litigation areas can be left for parties to solve them later on as it was done in F-11. |
