D--12 Islamabad and its True Status,

This will be highly appreciated if some one from Islamabad can shed light on TRUE development status of sector D-12. How many houses are under construction and what facilities are available and what is still remaining ? What is the status of Margala Avenue :h
Where do you sector D-12 in coming years ?

Also, there are around 150-200 house under construction. Only about 5 - 10 are being lived in by the owners. The biggest hurdle to live there today is that sewage is not officially hooked up. Per the worker who are laying the pipes, it will be another years till they complete that part 100%. If I was to take an educated guess, I think the sector will be livable by next summer; development cannot linger on for ever, it is moving but at a snail pace.

Lastly, sub-sector 1 has most amount of house under construction, followed by 4, then 2. Sub-sector 3 has least amount of house under construction (source: my worker on-site)

I completely disagree on “90 percent construction work on roads”. No footpaths, broken roads, no plantation rather you see villagers with their animals walking around. Its sad and unfair with those who own land there. CDA is to blame for all the delays.

D-12 development standard is very bad & toslow. rubish 90% complete. no many with CDA. day time dream for d12
