I own a plot in Bahria Town, Sector 'C', Jeniper Block and planned to build a house. If I start construction now, it will be completed in one year, Inshallah! Will this area be populated and live able in next one year because very few houses are built at this stage. Is it also safe since the road from Jeniper is connected to Main Canal Road and I am not sure if there is any security gate or boundary wall on the other end. :h
