want to take information about PCSIR society near college road
respected jameel sab and other brothers
i am intrested to buy a house in lahore.today in one property website i was searching a house for me i checked PCSIR society in college road some houses of 16 marla,18 marlas were just 80 lacs 85 lacs i am intrested to buy any 16 or 18 marla house in this price buttt the problem is this i have not seen the society and location.now surely you have knew this thing that what i want to ask about society and location.i have request from all brothers and specially jameel bhai(because few time before he bought a house in that area)so i want to know each and every this about this society roads location facilities gas.please please answer me in details so that i could make any decision.i will be very very thankful to you.may Allah bless all of us.AAmeen

The society you are talking about is PCSIR Staff. Unlike PCSIR - I or PCSIR - II, the development standard in this society is not very good. The location and approach is fine but there is a reason why the houses are cheaper than surrounding areas.
My knowledge about it is only limited to one visit of the area. Someone who has the experience of living there can tell in more detail. But if I were to decide for myself and looking to buy in the area in this budget, I'll prefer a 10 marla house in Punjab Govt Employees or Wapda Town.
One advice however: You are going to make a significant investment, do visit the area before making a decision so that you are comfortable yourself. |
