@saeed thanks for your comments, I have another plot adjacent to this plot size 25 X 56 I want to use it for lane open area, so the actual plot size if I merge both plot is about 70 X 60, what your suggestion I need a double story home so I can rent out one portion, but I want also little bit big lane also thanks
