you may buy a good one kanal plot in sector D, much much better place than 35x85 plots in Intellectual Village,what i have learned with experience that one should buy/own a maximum size plot at one certain place. In future you will see that even one kanal plots in I. Village will be considered smaller plots as compared 2 or 4 kanal plots - never buy a plot in ,chooti colony
