of course u can build houses there, by making a concrete platform and then construction the house on it.
and u r right a big chunk of phases 1-6 is land filled but it was not as expensive as intellectuals village.
my point is if one is to spend this much then should he really buy a land filled area and compromise on the long term durability/strength of house???
regarding sector A and sector 6 am not sure coz haven't visited it.
initially i myself was very tempted to intellectual village but when i there with a very experienced contractor, he completely rejected the place. and we went together to a nearby newly constructed house and the resident himself told that the house tilted after the construction and they had to put extra support.

dont go for filled land , seen many people faing such prob . always make concrete foundation on solid ground. |
