How much an architect takes for a 10 m house designing in accordance with Bahria Bye laws and other associated formalities? If any member has experience is requested to spare some time to help me out. 'Bahria Designing Wing' is giving the service but charges are very high as stated in the web site.

it depends what you want him to do. Everything e.g. layout, elevation, electrical, structural and 4-5 site visits will cost you around 120,000-150,000 rupees. Contact Asim Tufail @ , his work appears to be good.

Thank you sir, I need complete design with selection of finishing items but with out supervision n site visits. I will contact him to get all the details.

Do all selection yourself or hire an interior decorator to do it for you. You can also get really brilliant ideas online, just check out some interior decoration web site.
