Iam holding one kanal plot in State Life II Scheme.
Till what time I should expect to get the possession and development in this scheme.
I have put in hard earned money in it.
What should be the next course of action.
Any sincere advice will be appreciated.

I ALSO GOT A PLOT IN JJ BLOCK I DONT NOW WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO START DEVOLPMENT..IN FAB 202 THEY SENT OUT A LEAFLET TO ALL EVERYTHING IS SORTED BETWEEN PHASE9 AND STATE LIFE AND WORK WILL START WITH IN 6 MONTHS....BUT ITS ALMOST 6 MONTHS NO DEVOLPMENT. ITS BETTER TO ASK STATE LIFE MANAGMENT AND UPDATE HERE BECAUSE I PLACED THE SAME QUESTION HERE BUT NOBODY CAME FORWORD FROM EITHER SIDE TO ANSWER IT.... |

Go on their website www.statelifehousingsocietylhr.com you'll see some progress, but still they have not got map approval, once they get approval thry'll advertise for development . Any how sl2 is safe investment but u have to wait.at least 10 years. |

State life website is as useless as the developers. I agree with AJK that's its a 10-15 yr project, buy it for your grand children. |
