Dear cmy, salman and others
how is this possible that t and w undeveloped plots of phase 8 are asking same price of phase 6 abcjh block when the location is almost the same. Phase 6 is fully developed, lot of growing homes, a big commercial line up, best schools complteeld, golf course functional while phase 8 will take min 3 years to develop with no worthwhile infrastucture viz a vis phase 6. Do we expect price rise in phase 6 in this year or phase 8 will drop or both will rise

In my opinion, the spurt in rices of phase-8 is temporary, it is perhaps is due mainly to commencement of development. The prices are going to settle down after some time. Whereas prices in phase-6 will keep on rising though steadily. |

DHA 8 has always been priced like this. Even 10 years ago, when DHA files were trading, its price seemed irrational. It is overpriced when you compare it with any place else. Never been able to understand its price but so far the irrationality has stood the test of time. |

If you go cycle from Airport to Phase 6 you will understand why :)
