Dha Lahore Phase 8 is perceived as best located or has been turned into one by dealers for being Airport visible from this phase. In fact, on ground it is a land lock phase where you have to make many up and down turns on service roads to reach airport or for that matter to get out of DHA to anywhere. The time to reach airport from Phase-8 is no less than from Phase-6. Misconceptions are the reason of its irrational prices.
PS:I don't intend to buy any plot in phase-8, now and neither in future.

I like phase 8 and have invested in it as this phase is also one of the the only option available now, for investment, it has so far given good yields.Once developed along broadway it will be the biggest phase with big commercial areas ,with all the latest facilities, i hope so. |
