its a series of real estate sales.
i have seen comments from real estate gurus that phase 6 is the Jewel of DHA then people started buying.... later phase 8 DHA is the best location among all DHA phases and people kept buying phase 8 ....... and then phase 9 DHA files are best deals in DHA and people kept buying DHA phase 9.
I think buyer should use common sense and then purchase rather purchasing on the say of Real Estate Gurus.
Its all like Real Estate Gurus are fishing you with your money by selling these phases one by one by just spreading the rumors about phases and etc.
Personally i rate phase 6 the best of DHA among all phases and will be the best.
CMY is somehow fair person.
