Is merging two plots together in Bahria allowed? If you build house in one plot and other use as lawn, what will be the maintenance charges for the lawn? For the house, it will be as per society e.g 2500/month for 10m. Any resident or member having some knowledge about this, please share and oblige.
Also please advise that if one plot is corner, which one will be better to build a house in. Whether to build the house in corner and leave the other as lawn or the other around?

Yes it is allowed in Bahria lahore, but I am not sure what are the charges of joining the plots.
Leave the corner plot as lawn, because if you go the opposite way then the privacy of your lawn will be disturbed! |
