I am in the process of finalizing labor contract for the construction of 1 kanal house with the contractor. The Rate given by him is 170/ft2
but i have some confusion for the rates given for extra work. kidly help and provide the rates for these extra works

Marble/tile
boundry wall
septic tank
water tank
FLOOR KATCHA
GATE
KHUDAII

170 must be all even electric work, sanitory fittings too, each and every thing included,
Check with some one else. he is asking more. |

Ask him to give you the lump sump rate including everything (excluding Sanitary & Electric work)! Don't go for this mode of payment where the work outside covered area will be charged separately, currently in Lahore the lump sump labor rate is between Rs 170 - Rs 190! |
