I wonder why all the experianced people from this site like Mian Nadeem and CMY etc are not commenting on DHA Valley. Like many others i would also like to know if the rates of Lily , Oversea's and other so called secure blocks are increasing and if not that means that the rumors about cancellation etc about some blocks were faulse;other wise all the investors would be buying plots in safe sectors like any thing and the prices would increase for LILY and other blocks near the DHA Homes.
Dear friends please do comment on this observation...

we respect the candid views of Mr Mian Nadeem and CMY. We expect both these property gurus to please come up with detailed and factual information and analysis on the Valley and all its blocks with particular reference to the Dam Issue and suggest prices and prospects for near (2-3 yrs) and long term (3-5yrs). I have 8 M Res & Comm plots in Bluebell and Oleander respectivly.Thanks |

One more question to Mian Sahab!
It is being said that DHAI is now giving bak the money if one decides to surrender the valley plot/DHA Home, at 20% less the paid price. Is it true Mian Nadeem Sahab?
