Dear experts, please share your thoughts as to which one is a better option to take for investment/living in 3 - 5 years considering all the merits and de-merits of these two:

and WHY is very important?

for investment g-15 is best because it is considered Islamabad. the price of kanal in g-15 is already at par with dha1(most developed and BT while g-15 is only partially developed.

development work in g-14 can also have a positive impact on g-15.

At present condition if one has to work in pindi bahria is good. but if one works in Islamabad or have already been living in Islamabad g-15 is good option..

BT is not in Islamabad its in zone 5 most neglected and far flung area and only Because dha n BT are far from main Islamabad(zone 1 ) prices are very less despite good development.G-15 not dat much developed still prices are high(beacause of location n near to zone 1)

For good return n living in main isb i will consider G-15..but in g-15 proper carpeting of roads will take some time so dont consider strret lamps or carpeted roads while making investment.

All the proper shoping centres of isb like f-10 markaz , f-11 markaz , g-9 markaz(Karachi company) are just max 15 mins drive from g-15 while coming to main isb from DHA or bahria takes hours because of traffic prob in pindi.

So in the end i will say go for g-15 for gud return.

ZK, Please also examin G-16. Though it is partly developed in Ph 1 at the moment but development work is going on.I am told it is a little better than G-15 because of its new infrastructure, UG Elec, proximity to Sh Kashmir (for Islamabad & Motorway once access is constructed). Gas is being laid and a few houses are alredy under construction.

no doubt g-16 is also going good. A the alottes have been given the possession the prices are gone up. but remember as like other sectors of islamabad g-15 and g-16 are interlinked as when g-16 takes direct access from kashmir highway it will also benefit the residence of g-15.

G-16 can also be a good option for 3-4 yrz investment.

Please have a correction. Zone 5 comes under Islamabad...

not actual islamabad it is rather named as pindi or in some cases rawat.
